The Sky Blues biggest game since relegation from the Premiership? 10,000+ City fans think so and will be in attendance at Old Trafford on Wednesday night.
Sir Alex Ferguson: "It will be a fantastic atmosphere and I am sure Coventry will have a real go.
"From what I am led to believe, Coventry are bringing over 10,000 fans with them. They were one of the longest-serving top-flight clubs at one point but they have been out of the Premier League now, which probably explains the attraction. It should be a real cup tie."
Rooney, Saha and Hargeaves are likely to be the most recognisable names on the United team-sheet as Sir Alex gives some of his fringe players a game.
An obvious one perhaps but the England international striker is reportedly desperate to play as he continues his comeback from injury.
Plenty of scope for changes after the 4-1 defeat at Ipswich with Andy Marshall a definite to start in goal.
The Maltese forward will surely start if fit and out of all of the City players has the tools to trouble United's defence.
Have faith, the last time the two sides met in a cup competition, the Sky Blues won 1-0 at Old Trafford thanks to that man Keith Houchen.
A big game and a big-time official with Mark Halsey set to take charge.
Charlton at home for the Sky Blues, Birmingham City away for the Reds.
