Norwich boss on 'perfect' day

Norwich boss on 'perfect' day

Norwich City manager Glenn Roeder felt his first win in charge of the Canaries was well deserved.

'This means everything,' he said after the Sky Blues were despatched 2-0.

'I said before the game that it didn't matter how we played as long as we took the three points.

'Well, we have won by playing some excellent football and as far as I'm concerned it has been a perfect day.

'We had got into the habit of not winning games and that simply had to change. Now we have done that hopefully we can move on from here.'
