Dowie: McNamee faces fight

Coventry City manager Iain Dowie has hinted that Isaac Osbourne is now his number one choice for the right-back slot.

The midfielder has played much of the campaign in the unfamiliar position due to David McNamee's injury problems.

'I have got a little sneaking suspicion that he may become an absolutely marvellous right back, which he has been this season,' said the Sky Blues boss.

'Dave McNamee, who did really well in the reserves this week, has got a real battle on his hands.'
