Championship: Warnock's back

As expected, Neil Warnock has been named as the new manager of Crystal Palace.

The former Sheffield United manager takes over from Peter Taylor, who was sacked on Monday.

'I've gained a few promotions in my career because I've always had a group of players who want to play for me and that's what I want at Palace,' he told a press conference.

'There might be one or two casualties and people who don't like me or don't like the situation, but if I was a player I'd be looking forward to the challenge of trying to get into my team.'
