Shock exit for City MD
Coventry City managing director Paul Fletcher has quit in a surprise move on Friday.
A statement on the club's official website said: 'The Board of Coventry City Football Club can today confirm that Managing Director Paul Fletcher has resigned.
'The Club would like to thank Paul for his dedication and hard work during what has undoubtedly been a difficult time for Coventry City.
'Coventry City will be making no further statement at this time.'
Speaking to the Coventry Observer, Fletcher said that 'Operation Premiership' had 'come off the rails'. Click here for the article.
