Bellamy to make City return

West Ham United forward Craig Bellamy should be fit to face former club Coventry City in the League Cup tie scheduled for the Ricoh Arena on 30 October.

The 28-year-old has undergone hernia surgery and will miss Wales' international games against Cyprus and San Marino.

'Craig had surgery, it went very well and he walked out the same day,' said West Ham physio George Cooper on Friday.
