'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Cardiff reaction

Cardiff City's Roger Johnson echoed the post-match thoughts of his manager Dave Jones after Saturday's home defeat by Coventry City.

'I thought we had more of the game than Coventry did,' the defender told the Western Mail.

'Two half-chances maybe they had, one little breakaway from us being out of position.

'But we`ve had too many chances again and not taken them. That`s what`s killing us at the minute, we`re not taking our chances.'

Mental note for Roger Johnson & Dave Jones - having more of the game and not scoring counts for nothing. Playing with heart (albeit with an equal level of mediocrity) and scoring a goal - priceless. Just setting of for Carlisle! - PUSB!
