'If It's Football, It's Vital'

An awesome foursome?

Among the many positive aspects of Coventry City's 4-1 win at Barnsley on Saturday was the performance of all four strikers who appeared in the game.

Leon Mckenzie and Kevin Kyle combined well and notched a goal apiece as the starting partnership and then as they tired, boss Iain Dowie had the option to bring on pace and trickery in the form of Michael Mifsud and Leon Best, who showed some classy touches.

Dowie obviously rates Kyle highly and that leaves Dele Adebola as the odd man out at present. Whether there remains a role for him to play or whether it is time for the big man to move on will be an issue sorted by the end of August.
