Can City do a Sunderland?

Coventry City willl be hoping that their week of intensive training at the University of Bath will lead to a similar season enjoyed by Sunderland last year after they spent time at the state-of-the-art complex.

'The facilities here have been top class and all of the staff have been excellent, and really helpful,' boss Iain Dowie told the Bath Chronicle.

'I think we've used just about the full breadth of the fantastic knowledge here. It's also been useful to stay on campus and be so close to the sports facilities.

'The players have enjoyed everything about it. We've worked them hard and there are a few tired bodies on the coach going back.'
