Black Cats to win Todd chase?

The future of Blackburn centre-half Andy Todd will be decided next week with Coventry City now the outsider of three to sign the player.

Two Premiership sides, thought to be Sunderland and Derby want the 32-year-old, with the Sky Blues the other interested party.

Agent Peter Harrison has been quoted as saying in Friday's Mirror: 'We're hoping it can be sorted out next week.'
