We'll take Manhattan

We'll take Manhattan

Coventry City are edging closer to a takeover by the Manhattan Sports Capital Partners consortium with officials from the group set to visit the Ricoh Arena this week.

Sky Blues fans who have voted on Vital Coventry recently show no signs of worrying about the club being sold to a foreign group and at the moment anything seems preferable to the limbo that City seem to be in, although managing director Paul Fletcher is hopeful that some new signings will be made soon.

'We are trying our best to support the manager at a very difficult time for him and during a transitional period for the club,' he told the Coventry Telegraph.
