33-year-old winger Paul Devlin is being linked with a move to the Ricoh Arena after being handed a free transfer by the Hornets.
League One side Walsall are also thought to be interested in the former Birmingham star who is looking to return to the Midlands to finish his playing career.
'I am talking to a couple of other clubs and I'm hopeful that I can get a deal sorted sooner rather than later,' confirmed Devlin.
