'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Greek keeper set for City

Coventry City are poised to complete the free transfer signing of goalkeeper Demitrios Konstantopoulos later this week.

The 28-year-old played a key role in Hartlepool's promotion to League One this season but is out of contract with the North-East club.

'Whatever he decides to do, he's been fantastic for us,' said Hartlepool manager Danny Wilson recently.

'Even with his future up in the air, he's kept his focus, kept performing. That's the sign of a quality professional.'
