Ex-Sky Blues in promotion race
Former Coventry City players Louis Carey, Claus Jorgensen and Andy Morrell remain in the thick of the League One promotion race with their current clubs.
Carey, the Bristol City captain, will be back in the Championship if his side defeat relegated Rotherham at home this weekend.
Any slip-up could let in either Nottingham Forest or in-form Blackpool for whom Morrell and Jorgensen now ply their trade.
Jorgensen, the first man to score at the Ricoh Arena, netted in last weekend's impressive win over Scunthorpe while popular striker Morrell has notched 15 goals this season.
