Sky Blue silverware

An experienced Coventry City second string defeated Walsall 3-2 after extra-time on Tuesday night to lift the Birmingham Senior Cup at the Bescot Stadium.

Chris Birchall and Andy Whing were on the scoresheet in the first-half before the hosts came roaring back.

Birchall though netted the winner from the spot after the game had ended 2-2 after normal time.
