Adams keen to keep Fulop

Coventry City manager Micky Adams will ask Tottenham if they can extend Marton Fulop's loan stay at the Ricoh Arena until the end of the season.

Despite Clayton Ince's solid display in Saturday's FA Cup win at Brighton, Adams clearly sees Fulop as his number one choice, and will have the Hungarian available for the 4th Round tie against either Nuneaton or Middlesbrough after Tottenham's cup exit at the weekend.

Fulop's original loan is set to expire at the end of the month.

Ince meanwhile is still confident that he will get a run in the side and boost his hopes of going to the World Cup with Trinidad & Tobago.

He told the Telegraph: 'The manager put me in to do a job against Brighton and I wanted to show him that I want to be part of his plans, to play in the league as well and push Marton.

'I haven't spoken to the gaffer about it because I prefer to do my talking mainly on the training pitch and in any games I get. I want to show him that I am still focused and still want to be part of it.

'Talking doesn't do anything and only performances can make things better for me at Coventry.'
