'Much-improved' City please Flowers

Coventry City number two Tim Flowers praised his side after their 1-1 draw against league leaders Derby on Monday afternoon.

He told the club website: 'It was a terrific response from the players.

'It was everything we asked for and what we demanded.

'The previous two performances against Birmingham and especially against QPR were not good enough - there wasn't a player in those games who didn't give his all - but the quality and composure wasn't there.

'But today it was.'

Good stuff. Let's hope we can do the business in the last couple of home games and get people excited for next season.
