'If It's Football, It's Vital'

QPR reaction

Queens Park Rangers star Gareth Ainsworth felt his side's fitness paid off in the second-half of Saturday's win at Coventry City.

The winger said: 'Winning at Coventry is the most important result of the season.

'But it will mean nothing if we cannot get a result at home to Luton on Monday.

The Luton game is a six-pointer. It was always going to be a 1-0 against Coventry.

'We've been doing a lot of fitness work in training, so we are strong in the second half of games and that is especially important over this busy period.'

Not sure if lack of fitness was City's problem - just a lack of ideas
