Experienced Defender Back In MK Fold

Experienced Defender Back In MK Fold

Having parted company with Robbie Neilson at the weekend, MK Dons have moved quickly to name a new management team ahead of their FA Cup Fourth Round tie against Coventry City.

Dan Micciche is the surprise name to have taken over the role, the 38-year-old former England youth coach stepping into his first managerial role.

He will be assisted by experienced ex-Bristol City manager Keith Millen while the Dons have also brought defender Dean Lewington into the set-up.

Lewington had looked set to end his long association with the club after being told he had no future there by Neilson but will now combine playing with a coaching role.
