Stanley Star Signs New Deal

Stanley Star Signs New Deal

Billy Kee will be the danger man for Coventry City to watch as they travel to Accrington Stanley this coming Saturday, the-26-year-old forward enjoying a fine run of early-season form for the Lancashire club with 8 goals already.

The one-time Leicester City player this week signed a new contract at the Wham Stadium and was full of praise for the way Stanley have revived his career after his June 2015 move from Scunthorpe United.

'If it wasn't for this club I wouldn't be in football anymore,' Kee, who also previously played on loan for Accrington, told his club's official website.

'Thanks to the gaffer (John Coleman), Jimmy (Bell) and owner Andy Holt. This is the most settled I have been and it's where I play my best football. To get this deal sorted means the world to me.'
