Birmingham City return for Stern?

Coventry City are preparing to allow Stern John to leave the Ricoh Arena for a cut-price fee of £75,000 according to reports on Thursday.

Manager Micky Adams and the club look to have changed their mind on a new contract for the Trinidad & Tobago international and now want to offload one of their top-earners.

Former club Birmingham City are in the market for a striker and see John as an ideal short-term signing.
