Micky left 'shocked' by defeat

Coventry City manager Micky Adams was left to reflect on a bad day at the office as his side's recent good run was blown apart by West Bromwich Albion on Saturday.

Apart from Colin Cameron I think the rest will find it hard to look at themselves in the mirror,' he said after the 5-0 Hawthorns hammering.

'Some of the goals were basic defensive errors. I was shocked and the second half was a long 45 minutes.

'It has reminded us all that this is a tough league in which to break into the top six.'

Obvioulsy a poor result - but come on - every season has a freak one! Christmas is when it all happens - time to regroup and hit the top six! - Play up !!
