Don not done for yet

Veteran Coventry City midfielder Don Hutchison is looking to be back in action at the start of February.

The 35-year-old was stretchered off with an ankle injury against Sheffield Wednesday recently that raised fears about his Sky Blues future as he enters the final few months of his contract.

'It is coming on quite nicely,' said the former Scotland international.

'I was in a lot of pain in the first week but the swelling and bruising have gone down so it is easing off at the moment.

'It couldn't have come at a worse time.

'I had just got back in the side and was playing in centre of midfield as well, which is where I like to play.

'So it is really frustrating and there is nothing I can do other than get my recovery done and get back in the team.'
