'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Micky knows what he's doing!

Coventry City boss Micky Adams had the last laugh at Oakwell after Wayne Andrews' marked his debut with the winning goal just seconds after coming on as a substitute.

The substitution had sparked cries of 'you don't know what you're doing' from the away end, although to be fair to the fans that was at the decision to take off Leon McKenzie instead of Kevin Kyle, not at the decision to bring Andrews on.

'We were playing like we wanted to but we lacked a bit of spark. I can understand a bit of the frustration,' Adams said.

'They look at the league table and expect us to come here and turn Barnsley over, but it's not as simple as that.'

Why do people bother singing that? The time for criticising is at the end. For what it's worth I'm not convinced by McKenzie, especially in the left-sided role. [Edited by c0v3n7ry]

the win was just what we needed. It sets up the visit of Birmingham just right.
