New Loan Duo Set For City Debuts?

New Loan Duo Set For City Debuts?

Coventry City have used 28 players to date in League One this season which puts them in the bottom six of the division in terms of numbers.

That figure could rise to 30 if Tuesday night's game against Carlisle United at Sixfields gets the go-ahead with new loan signings Michael Petrasso and Chuba Akpom set to feature at some point in the match.

Steven Pressley has worked with a small core of regulars for much of the season and eleven players have started 22 or more of the Sky Blues 29 league games to date.

They are: Adams, Baker, Christie, Clarke (Jordan and Leon), Fleck, Moussa, Murphy, Thomas, Webster and Wilson. Danny Seaborne is likely to notch up over 20 starts if he remains fit between now and the end of the season.

Added to that core have been Adam Barton, Billy Daniels and Jordan Willis while a number of younger players have made the odd appearance.

The majority of changes to the side have come in attack since late last year as loanees Dagnall, Maguire and Delfouneso have arrived, now joined by Akpom from Arsenal after Leon Clarke's exit and Callum Wilson's injury.
