Fixtures Hand City One Last Chance
The overriding emotion when Swindon Town netted their second goal at the Ricoh Arena on Saturday was that Coventry City's season was all over with just a diet of bad news from off the field to 'look forward' to in the remaining months of the campaign.
Looking with a calmer head on Monday, however, presents a glimmer of hope in the shape of the Sky Blues' next four fixtures.
Starting on Saturday they take on Scunthorpe United (a), Colchester United (h), Hartlepool (h) and Portsmouth (a).
A quartet of games in fourteen days and all against teams that, at the time of writing, are in the bottom six places in League One. Can City finally shake off their inconsistency, take maximum points and haul themselves back into play-off contention?
