Ricoh Memories (Just In Case!) - 2008/09

With the threat of eviction from their Ricoh Arena home still in the air, Vital Coventry is taking a look back at some of the best performances from the Sky Blues during their time in CV6.

A televised 4-1 win against Southampton was the early home highlight of Chris Coleman`s first season in charge but it was after new year when things started hotting up at the Ricoh.

Despite being the shortest month City packed in local derby wins over Wolves and Birmingham and masked man Leon Best settled the FA Cup replay against Blackburn.

65,000 plus were in attendance over those three games and the stadium's record attendance was then broken as Chelsea ran out 2-0 winners in the cup quarter-finals.

Vote for what you think was the best game at the Ricoh in the Vital Coventry Poll currently running on the site.
