Ricoh Memories (Just In Case!) - 2007/08

With the threat of eviction from their Ricoh Arena home still in the air, Vital Coventry is taking a look back at some of the best performances from the Sky Blues during their time in CV6.

2007/08 saw very few home wins for supporters to get excited about after a 2-1 success against Preston North End when late goals from Adebola and Doyle sent City (briefly) to the top of the league.

West Ham's League Cup visit created a great atmosphere in the wake of the win at Old Trafford but, as with the previous season, results gradually tailed off and Iain Dowie went the same way as Micky Adams.

Chris Coleman became the latest resident in the home dug-out and immediately inspired a 2-0 local derby triumph against Leicester which would prove to be crucial come a nail-biting end to the season at the foot of the Championship.

Vote for what you think was the best game at the Ricoh in the Vital Coventry Poll currently running on the site.
