'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sky Blues face ICT test

Coventry City face SPL opposition in Inverness for the second time in four days when they meet Caley Thistle on Saturday afternoon after being beaten by Ross County on Wednesday night.

In charge of the home side at the Caledonian Stadium is former Sky Blues boss Terry Butcher and, despite the financial uncertainty surrounding the Scottish game after the demise of Rangers, he is in upbeat mood about his side's prospects.

'We`ve got an excellent team spirit here, probably the best I`ve ever known at the club, even more so than when we won promotion back to the SPL in 2010,' he said, quoted in the Inverness Courier after a summer of wheeling and dealing in the transfer market.

Friday's Sheffield Star meanwhile is linking City defender Richard Wood with a move back to his former club Sheffield Wednesday.
