Sky Blues confirm Highlands trip

Coventry City supporters looking to combine watching the Sky Blues with a trip to the beautiful Scottish Highlands can do so after the club confirmed details of its pre-season tour on Tuesday.

Andy Thorn's men will play three games during their six-day trip, starting with Brora Rangers on Tuesday 17th July.

The Highland League outfit play their games at Dudgeon Park and will provide a warm-up for City before they meet two SPL sides in quick succession.

Newly-promoted Ross County are the opposition on Wednesday 18th July with the game to be played at the Inverness home of another Highland League side Clachnacuddin while Ross complete improvements to their stadium for the SPL kick-off.

Then the following Saturday, across Inverness, City will face Terry Butcher's Caley Thistle at the Caledonian Stadium.
