'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Clarets loan star expects 'tough game'

Burnley host Coventry City at Turf Moor on Saturday with both sides holding faint hopes of a successful end to their respective seasons.

The Clarets lie six points off a play-off place while the Sky Blues are four points adrift of safety following their defeat at Bristol City.

On-loan Burnley midfielder Josh McQuoid told the Lancashire Telegraph that he expects a tough game against a City side that will be fighting for their lives but that Eddie Howe's side want to sign off their campaign in style.

'We`ve just got to keep on going and keep on playing well until the end of the season.

'It`s going to be hard but we`ve just got to go until the last day and see where it takes us.

'As long as you finish the campaign well then it`s always a good high going into the next season.'
