'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Hreidarsson signs Coventry City deal

'He's the type of player you want on your side.'

And now he's on Coventry City's side after signing for Andy Thorn on a free transfer from Portsmouth.

The 37-year-old left-back has been out of favour at Fratton Park this season but the Sky Blues hope he will fill what has been a problem position for them this season.

'Hermann is just the sort of player we need to bring experience to the squad,' Thorn told the official CCFC website.
