Pre-match: Draw specialists meet at Oakwell

Barnsley host Coventry City at Oakwell on Saturday with a look at the form of the two sides leading you to believe that a draw is by far the most likely outcome.

The Tykes have ended up level in their last five games with 1-1 scorelines in the last four.

The Sky Blues meanwhile have shared the spoils in four of their last six games including last Saturday against Reading and on Tuesday night against Blackpool.

Injury-time events in both those games could have seen City take six points rather than two and manager Andy Thorn believes his side should be higher up the table.

He told the Coventry Telegraph: 'I think we are in a false position at the moment.'

Thorn may choose to shuffle his meagre resources for the game having seen substitutes Cyrus Christie, Gary Deegan and Clive Platt all make a positive imoact when coming on against Blackpool.

The home side meanwhile are suffering with a host of injury problems.

Vital Coventry will have all the stats and reaction from the game over the weekend.

I'd take a draw heading into the international break then hopefully we will be able to get some players back and (unlikely) make a loan signing
