Turner going - Parkin coming?

Turner going - Parkin coming?

Another good, young and local player is on his way with Cardiff City the destination for Ben Turner. In return we are to get cash and a journeyman striker in Jon Parkin.

Does the arrival of Parkin indicate the loss of another quality plyer in Lukas Jutkiewicz? If so it will be another kick in the teeth to the loyal City fans.

***Updated***While Turner has agreed terms with the Bluebirds, Parkin and the Sky Blues could not do the same and attention turned elsewhere in the search for a striker.

Parkin could be a decent signing but only if he was complimenting other strikers as a different option for AT to use - not as the man expected to get us goals

Yeah Parkin would need to be an alternative to Jutkiewicz not his replacement

The deal has collapsed anyway as he couldn't agree terms - Turner still off to the Bluebirds
