City disappoint at Ricoh

The Sky Blues completed their pre-season games with a disappointing performance at home to Premiership new boys Norwich City.

Conceding an early goal after 2 minutes they were always chasing the game and so a reasonable pre-season was tarnished in the sun at the Ricoh. The second half was full of multiple substitutions with Norwich changing their complete team so there was no pattern to the game. The final score was 3-0 to Norwich.

After the positive news coming from the club this week all the focus will now be on Andy Thorn and his players as they prepare for the opening fixture at home to Leicester City and maybe one or two new players coming in before next Saturday to bolster the squad.
