'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Are you really Gunnar get a better deal?

"There is a lot of interest from a lot of clubs in the same league, one or two in the Premiership, Germany and Holland, so it has been bursting out and we are just going to weigh up our options and see what Coventry come back with.'

The words of Aron Gunnarsson's agent who believes that the new contract offer on the table at the Ricoh Arena is not worthy of what he calls one of the club's 'best players'.

Much improved under Andy Thorn towards the back end of last season and popular with the fans after three years of committed if inconsistent performances he may be but it is very hard to believe that Gunnarsson would be anything more than a bit-part player were he to join a top-flight club.

The Sky Blues should stick to their guns on this one, they gave the player a contract offer and a deadline to sign it, if he doesn't then they should look elsewhere.

Southampton, Millwall and Bristol City meanwhile are all being credited with an interest in Lukas Jutkiewicz.

grass is greener for him let him go, One good season and then poor performances so he is not irreplacabl. Jutkiewicz has potential but after King episode it is MONEY THAT COUNTS, nothing else.
