Sky Blues statement amidst crisis talk

After a week of 'crisis' news stories including a worsening financial situation, the impending departure of chairman Ray Ranson and a transfer embargo, the club's official website on Friday night carries a statement which can be read by clicking here.

Further updates are expected next week as SISU, the club's owners, outline their position on the future of the Sky Blues.

A committment to 'regular communication' and 'total transparency' is also promised while the statement ends with a rallying cry to supporters and the local business community.
