Ince laments Sky Blues move

Clayton Ince is on the verge of ending his time with Coventry City after reaching an agreement with the club over the final year of his two-year contract.

The Trinidad & Tobago international played just one league game for City last season after his move from Crewe in the summer of 2005.

'We have been bitterly disappointed with Micky Adams right from day one,' said the player's agent Mike Berry.

'Going to Coventry was the worst mistake he has ever made and I hope he now gets fixed up.

'Technically, he still has a year left on his contract and we will not be signing the release papers until he finds a new club.'
