'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Adams delighted by Tabb deal

Micky Adams has continued his busy summer in the transfer market with the signing of Irish under-21 international midfielder Jay Tabb from Brentford.

Adams told Coventry's website: 'Jay has a level of maturity beyond his years and at 22 he undoubtedly has more time to grow as a player.

'He's shown his desire to progress through some impressive performances for Brentford.'

Veteran defender Ady Williams meanwhile has joined up with Dennis Wise at Swindon.
