Championship: Keane & Speed set for exit?
While the good ship Coventry City enjoys a rare period of calm and orderly progression, elsewhere in the Championship two big-name managers may have taken charge of their teams for the last time.
Sheffield United slipped closer to the relegation zone with defeat at Barnsley on Saturday but that has not stopped their boss Gary Speed from being in demand elsewhere.
Reports on Sunday suggest that Speed has agreed a three-and-a-half year deal to become the new manager of Wales, with a deal expected to be formally announced in the coming week.
Chris Hughton is already being lined up to replace Speed at Bramall Lane.
Meanwhile, a 'hurting' Roy Keane saw his Ipswich Town side suffer a sixth consecutive league defeat against fellow strugglers Preston North End and speculation is rife in East Anglia that his high-profile tenure at Portman Road is about to be cut short.
