City after 20? No comparison!

Saturday's 1-0 win over Middlesbrough was Coventry City's 20th league game of the season and provides a good marker to compare the current Sky Blue crop to last year's vintage.

Whereas after 10 games, the stats were very similar, Aidy Boothroyd's side have really kicked on over the next 10.

They have 33 points from 10 wins, 3 draws and 7 defeats, with 28 goals for and 23 against.

At the same stage last season, Chris Coleman's position was coming under scrutiny after a 10-game winless run left his side with 19 points from 20 games, made up of 4 wins, 7 draws and 9 defeats.

Keep this up and Boothroyd's boys will end up with 76 points (well 75.9) and firmly in the mix for a play-off place.
