Sky Blues latest
Michael McIndoe has made just two appearances for Coventry City this season and has been a likely candidate for a loan move away from the club virtually since the opening day.
That has now come to pass with a switch to MK Dons for the next seven weeks, with the wideman looking to put himself into the transfer shop window for January.
Boss Karl Robinson told the Dons official website: 'Michael has a wealth of experience, earned by playing regularly in big games and we're extremely fortunate to be able to call on a player of his quality.
'It's something we've been working on for a while so I'd like to thank Aidy Boothroyd and Coventry for allowing us to take him for the next seven weeks and hopefully Michael can get a lot out of his time with us.'
McIndoe was clearly a favourite of Chris Coleman's after his switch from Bristol City but failed to convince the Ricoh Arena crowd of his qualities.
Keiren Westwood is one of three City players called up for senior international duty next week along with Sammy Clingan and Aron Gunnarsson however Clingan will now miss out after suffering an injury against Forest.
The Sky Blues youngsters meanwhile will travel to face Southend United or Brentford in the 3rd round of the FA Youth Cup.
