Coventry City: 10 game stats

10 games into the new season and Coventry City have made a very similar start to the campaign as they did last year under Chris Coleman.

In 2009/10, the Sky Blues took 15 points from 4 wins, 3 draws and 3 defeats. They scored 15 goals and conceded the same number (meaning their 10 games averaged 3 goals per game).

Only 4 different players had got onto the scoresheet at this same stage last season, with Clinton Morrison and Leon Best dominating the goalscoring.

City had also drawn a blank in 3 of their fixtures.

After Saturday's draw at Hull, Aidy Boothroyds side has also put 15 points on the board from 4 wins, 3 draws and 3 defeats.

14 goals for have come from 7 different scorers (with the blank at the KC Stadium the first such game in the league under Boothroyd) while City have conceded 13.

While the starts have been fairly similar, let's hope the next 10 games are not as Coleman's side failed to register a single win in that period!
