Morrell hoping for Forest call?

Morrell hoping for Forest call?

Reports on Wednesday suggest that Andy Morrell is waiting to see if new Nottingham Forest boss Colin Calderwood renews his interest in the player before deciding on his future.

Calderwood was in the running to sign the striker while at Northampton Town and may look to take him to the City Ground.

Morrell has plenty of options available to him. Walsall are very keen although that would mean a drop down to League Two.

Other League One sides are also interested and he still has a year left on his Coventry City contract if he decides to stay and fight for his place at the Ricoh.

Looks like he's not all that interested in fighting for his place if he's talking to 3 - 4 other teams. I'd say go if it was me, and get someone in who wants to play for the side.
