Sky Blues versus...QPR

Coventry City enter their 10th successive season at Championship level with another new manager at the helm in the shape of Aidy Boothroyd.

The former Watford and Colchester boss will lead his new team into action against 23 opponents, who Vital Coventry will be looking at over the next few weeks.

Head-to-head: 12 Championship meetings have taken place between the sides since City's relegation.

The Sky Blues won 6 of those games including the very first fixture to take place at the Ricoh Arena.

Transfer dealings: Gary Borrowdale made a permanent move to Loftus Road at the beginning of 2009 after an earlier loan move.

The man in charge: Some stability may now have returned to the R's hot-seat with Neil Warnock having made the move from Crystal Palace late last season.

Backed by some serious money in the boardroom, he will be expected to mount a serious promotion charge this year.
