The Boothroyd factor?
Richard Keogh has cited the Ricoh Arena and his new boss Aidy Boothroyd as key reasons for joining Coventry City upon the expiry of his Carlisle United contract.
The 23-year-old told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire: 'He (Boothroyd)'s very infectious.
'I feel at this stage of my career he's the manager who can help me move forward as a player and that's why I've signed.'
Keogh is the fourth new arrival in CV6 so far this summer and added: 'When the manager showed me round I was taken aback by how big the stadium is and how big the club actually is.
'Coventry's got a great history of being in the Premier League and after looking around the facilities I know exactly where the club should be.'
