Sky Blues v Hornets

Coventry City's season slumbers to a conclusion on Sunday with the visit of Watford to the Ricoh Arena for the 46th and last game of the season.

Malky Mackay's side secured their Championship safety on Saturday with a comfortable win at home to Reading and will now look to overtake City with what would be a rare away win.

Last season's final home fixture saw the Sky Blues take a two-goal lead only for the Hornets to score three times, take three points and put the seal on a disappointing run of form for Chris Coleman's men.

History has repeated itself in CV6 with City still needing a point to improve on last season's total and a finish as low as 19th still a possibility.

Some signs of life have been detected over the past two games however, especially at Middlesbrough on Saturday when Aron Gunnarsson netted a long overdue first goal of the campaign.
