Sky Blue flashback: Coleman inspires Foxes win

Coventry City travel to the Walkers Stadium on Sunday for a live televised fixture that will show both teams in good health after encouraging seasons.

That will be a stark contrast to Chris Coleman's first game in charge of the Sky Blues, just a matter of days after his appointment as Iain Dowie's successor in February 2008.

Then it was the prospect of relegation to League One that concentrated the mind of supporters and the three points that the home side gained at the Ricoh Arena would ultimately prove crucial in that regard.

Coleman praised his side afterwards for a 'gutsy' performance while opposite number Ian Holloway was left unhappy with the officials.

Kevin Thornton was the star of the show for Coventry that day but the only player who may be on show on Sunday who featured then is Marcus Hall.
