Sky Blues v Blackpool

Coventry City look to continue their good recent home form and build on a solid display at Swansea in midweek when they host Blackpool on Saturday.

Chris Coleman has hinted that the Sky Blues may look once again to soak up pressure from the opposition while at the same time making better use of the ball when they do get it.

Leon Barnett is available after what many thought was the final loan appearance of his spell at the club on Tuesday and will look to take his chance to impress either Chris Coleman or any other potential buyers ahead of the transfer deadline on Monday.

For the Seasiders, Coventry-born striker Daniel Nardiello is fit again and looking to make the most of any opportunity he gets to impress.

'I am training hard, enjoying it, and I'm just raring to go,' he said, quoted in the Blackpool Gazette.

'I want to play as much as possible and hopefully more of what happened last Saturday can happen in the next few weeks.'

Blackpool took the lead in last season's corresponding fixture before goals from Guillaume Beuzelin and Michael Mifsud secured three points for the home side.
