Wise in the frame at QPR

Coventry City's hopes of re-signing Dennis Wise for next season could be hit if reports this morning linking him with the QPR manager's job are on the mark.

Chairman Gianni Paladini is apparently keen on the 39-year-old, who took Millwall to the FA Cup Final in his only previous managerial role.

Gary Waddock is currently in charge of the West London club, but has yet to be confirmed as the permanent successor to Ian Holloway, who was suspended earlier in the year.
